Begonia vankerckhovenii is a charming micro-miniature African species that has been in cultivation previously as "Begonia scutifolia (little form)". This liliputian is even smaller than B. prismatocarpa. Is similarly free flowering with attractive buttercup-yellow flowers with reddish veining. It's a lover of humidity and thus it will perform best as a terrarium subject. Its so small that it will even perform beautifully within a "berry-bowl" type of setting (closed small glass container) and make an admirable coffee table accent. These are nice Blooming size plants currently in 2" pots. Reasonably easy.
