Begonia theimei is creeping rhizomatous from Mexico & Honduras. It bears substantial upright stems with parasol-like palmate-compound leaves in deep glossy green. Showy and worth growing - but be sure to give it some space.
Husky plants in 2 1/2" pots. Once acclimated, it should do well as a garden plant.
