This fairly large-growing showy species is described as being from China. It looks a lot like a form of B. ningmingensis - but grows pretty large. Seems to do well in terrarium-like conditions but will need some space. It may well do okay out of an enclosure - but i have not tried it that way.

The foliage of this species is generally a medium-green with a very uniform overlay of silver.
Offered here as husky young plants in 2" pots.
