Begonia chloroneura

Begonia chloroneura, a Philippine species, is another rare and desirable exotic. Not commonly seen for sale, this species bears dark red-burgundy-green with pale chartreuse veins. The leaf surface is adorned with red hairs - reminiscent of B. decora but far easier to grow. It is a medium-sized plant and probably best as a greenhouse plant or in medium-larger sized terrariums.

These are cutting-grown plants, currently in 3" pots.
