Begonia annulata

Begonia annulata is a choice and desirable species from Himalayas of India.  It is closely related to Begonia rex (the species).    It seems to grow well with the same culture one would use form most rex type plants.

Note: The specific name "annulata" does NOT refer to it being an annual.  Rather, this decidedly perennial plant's name acutally refers to the ring-like pattern on its leaves
