Begonia versicolor

This nicely compact, clumping Begonia makes a superb Orchid companion plant and does exceedingly well in greeenhouses or in medium to larger sized terrariums.

The foliage on a well grown Begonia versicolor commands attention. It is a stunning blend of green, red veins, and a silver marbling. Undersides and new growth are a endowed with bright red hairs.

Their diminutive size and preference for humidity makes them terrific terrarium plants and also good greenhouse orchid companions! These are very young but strong, cutting-grown plants, currently in 2" pots.
