Making A Purchase:

   Making a purchase now could not be easier! Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selecting, click the "Checkout" button and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

   Should you be aware of an item that we have in stock but that is not listed within this site, you may now submit an order for it anyway... using our  Special User-Defined Order form!

   If you feel more comfortable placing an order via Phone, Fax or Mail, that is perfectly fine as well. In that case, you may want to print out an Order Form for your convenience while perusing the Catalog pages themselves.

   We accept credit card payment by either Visa or MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, regular mail or safely through this encrypted site over the Internet. We also accept personal checks and money orders via the mail prior to shipping as well.

Shipping And Handling:

    Shipping will be via one of the following:

• US Priority Mail @ $ 9.00 (2 day +/-)
• US Express Mail @ $24.00 minimum. (Usually overnight & occasionally 2-day) (Express Mail is highly recommended If there is any question regarding the weather.)

    Other methods are available; (UPS & Fed Ex ) by special arrangements. Please contact us for these options.
    Unusually large, bulky or heavy orders (or any that exceed our standard shipping charges as listed above) may be billed extra to cover actual costs of delivery.
    Cold weather is a consideration for the winter months. In cold weather, Priority Mail (with a heat pack) is an option but Express Mail service (also with a heat pack) is highly recommended. Even then, there may be delays as I await safe weather "windows".

Delivery Schedule:

    Unless delayed due to weather or our occasional travels, we usually process and ship orders right away. We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days.

    We normally ship on Mondays and Tuesdays (occasionally on Wednesday- for Express Mail/overnight orders and for Priority Mail to close-by destinations. ) to keep plant time in transit to a minimum. Typical time in transit is 3-4 days maximum, for USA Orders.

Back Orders:

   I do not "Back-Order".   If your item is not in stock, I will contact you via email, phone, or Fax for instructions if you have not already provided any.   If there is only a small portion of your order that is not in stock, the rest of the order will be shipped without pre-notice of out-of-stock items.

Tax Charges:

    For orders made from Vermont, a 6% Sales tax is added.  All other orders are currently tax free.

Discounts:

•  Orders over $150  - will receive 5%
•  Orders over $250 - will receive 10%
•  Orders over $350 - will receive 15%

Guarantee:

    Satisfaction with material upon receipt is guaranteed! Future productivity, of course, is subject to proper care & conditions and therefore is not guaranteed. However, if you do have problems please let me know.
